Kudos to PM Manmohan Singh for his NREG scheme (100 days of compulsory employment) If it reaches the people for which it is meant. I have only one fear of the scheme becoming another Ghotala that is, politicians eating up money in the chain, which normally is the case. To ensure smooth and uncorrupt implementation of this scheme, government must recruit officials who are not only honest to others but also to India.
